Payment
We accept checkout payments & Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Please note that because each mala is hand made with love and positive energy there is a 1-2 week processing period before the mala is shipped.
Each item is bubble wrapped & shipped in an organza bag with a hand written description of what's inside.
Standard Canada Post shipping is used and will be added to total cost. For tracking, insured or express shipping additional costs will be incurred.
Shipment will always be sent to the address entered at Checkout. If the address is different please contact us at time of check out.
Shipment within North America will take an average of 7-10 days.
International shipping can take up to 6 weeks as customs may hold a package until it's cleared.

All personal information is protected by encription and payment is secured through Paypal.
